An outstanding wine. The wine was matured in 85% one year old American oak and 15% in two year old French oak from Allier. Totally opaque crimson colour with black crimson hue. Perfumed nose with notes of vanilla, violets, plum and spice. The palate is generous with voluptuous fruit flavours of blackberry, spice and black pepper. Fine grained tannins followed by a long aftertaste of spice, blackberry and vanilla. Winner of 2 trophies including the McLaren Vale Bushing Trophy.color>
