Excellent totally opaque black dark red colour with deep dark red black hue. Nosing reveals lifted blackberry, dark plum and blackcurrant notes intermingling followed by some vanillin oak and earth. Medium to full bodied the palate still retains its fruit richness with mouthfilling flavours of blackberry and ripe blackcurrant followed by a touch of liquorice, some vanillin oak and spicy earth. Velvet smooth tannins with long blackberry, liquorice, vanillin oak and spicy earth aftertaste.
