A very impressive Riesling with long term cellaring potential. Bright pale straw colour with green hue. Lifted nose of orange rind, lime and spice followed by a tropical fruit end note. The palate structure is quite austere with the lemon flavours dominant over a very crisp acid backbone. The lemon lime flavours are very distinctive and linger well into the aftertaste.
Cellar 5-8 years. (2008- 2011)
