The Fly Brook Channybearup Vineyard is planted on Kauri loams and gravel, situated amongst the Kauri timbers of Western Australia. Totally opaque black purple colour with black crimson hue. Aroma of coffee, mocha and soy sauce. On the palate, flavours of mocha, spice and very ripe plum emerge followed by spicy back palate flavour. There is plenty of palate weight with fine grained dryish tannins. Spicy aftertaste.
