Very deep crimson colour with deep crimson hue. Aroma of stewed plum, stewed fruit and spice followed by a hint of liquorice. The palate flavours are straightforward with white pepper and stewed fruit emerging. Fine dry tannins which are chalky. Aftertaste of stewed fruit, plum and cherry.
