A wine that looks good but finishes poorly. Opaque crimson colour with deep crimson hue. Aroma of vanilla and spice, followed by nuances of coconut, blackberry and ripe plum. The palate is restrained with flavours of stewed fruit, leather and sour cherry emerging, followed by a bitter chocolate and stewed cherry sour plum aftertaste. What went wrong?
