A rather ordinary wine from this educational producer. Bright crimson mauve purple colour, very youthful in its appearance. The nose is quite dry with stewed plum, spice and liquorice aroma followed by a touch of sour plum. The palate flavours are disappointing, short, slightly bitter with inky and sour plum flavours dominant. Firm tannins.
