Notes from the bottlers... Nose: Wood shavings with brown sugar and candied peels alongside cinnamon. Palate: Creamy and thick with home baking, honeyed cereal and suagry candy floss. Finish: Butterscotch and fudge linger on with more that earlier cereal richness.
