It appears that the stelvin cap is catching on when the French start using it on their wines. Bright pale straw colour with green hue. The nose is delicate, yet reveals notes of spice and confectionary with a touch of citrus on the end note. The palate structure is quite dry with some flinty flavours occurring, over a layer of citrus, confectionary and spice. Moderate length with crisp acid finish and long flint confectionary and lees aftertaste.
