This is the first Australian Spatlese that we have seen for some years, and yet when made well it is a magnificent style of wine. Bright straw colour. Delicate nose with aroma of floral, spice and subdued limes. The palate displays the essential residual sweetness of the style and reveals flavours of limes and ripe mango. Crisp acid finish, followed by a mango, spice and lime aftertaste.
