This is Australia’s most decorated ‘sticky.’ Brilliant pale gold colour. Aroma of honey, lemon and butter on the nose with apricot end note. The palate is rich, luscious and sweet. Flavours of spice, honey and apricots are evident and held in place by relatively soft acid finish, giving the wine quite a sticky cloying finish. Sweet aftertaste of honey and ripe apricot.
