The blend is composed of 80% Cabernet and 20% Merlot. Very deep crimson colour with crimson hue. Aroma of cedar, cigar box, blackcurrant, earth and truffle. The palate is leaner than expected with flavours of cedar, cigar box, earth and tea leaf emerging. Fine, dry tannins, followed by an aftertaste of cigar box and earth.
