2002 Coldstream Hills Chardonnay

This wine has been matured in Vosgas and Allier French oak. Bright straw colour. Subtle toasted oak nose followed by notes of butterscotch, hazelnut, lees and cashew. Creamy palate texture, with layers of citrus, spiced oak, butterscotch and spice. Moderate length with a long aftertaste of spice, oak, butterscotch, lees and cashew.
