The colour of this wine is holding up well. Medium body, bright crimson colour with crimson hue. Top note of blackcurrant and cassis, followed by a hint of tea leaf and spice, showing strong varietal character. On the palate flavours of blackcurrant and spice are overlaid with earth and cedar. Fine dryish tannins. Aftertaste of blackcurrant, cedar and tea leaf.
