The Pinot Noir smells and tastes of unripe fruit.
Very deep crimson colour with deep crimson hue. The nose starts off reasonably well with some gamey notes, followed by spice and cloves, and a hint of stalk. The palate is very stalky, with green unripe fruit flavours emerging. Herbaceous, hard green stalky aftertaste.
