Medium body. Crimson brick red colour with brick red hue. Aroma of stewed fruit, cedar, plum, spice and leather. The palate fruit flavours are beginning to dry out with a stressed cod liver flavour emerging, followed by stewed fruit, cedar and leather. Fine dry, persistent tannins. Cedar, leather aftertaste.
