A big red! Opaque black colour with brick red hue. Aroma of violets, vanilla, confectionary, spice and dark chocolate. Generous palate flavours of ripe plum and black pepper, followed by a hint of leather and stewed fruit. Fine grained dry tannins, perfectly balanced. Aftertaste of plum, spice, stewed fruit, confectionary and liquorice allsorts.
