A clean crisp Riesling that needs time to fully blossom. Bright pale straw colour with delicate green hue. Scented nose of lime and lemon followed by a floral end note. The palate has good weight and mouthfeel with lemon and lime flavours dominant, followed by a spicy back palate. Crisp acid finish, followed by a lemon lime aftertaste.
