A very successful Shiraz from Beresford. Opaque black crimson colour with black crimson hue. Aroma of violets, spice, blackberries, ripe plum, liquorice and vanilla. The palate is mouth filling with flavours of liquorice, black pepper and spice followed by vanilla and plum back palate flavours. Excellent length. Fine grained tannins, perfectly balanced. Very long aftertaste of black pepper, spice, vanilla and plum.
