Another big blockbuster red from Arakoon, from the exceptional 2002 vintage. Totally opaque black crimson colour with deep purple crimson hue. Aroma of cedar, violets, blackcurrant and red currant, producing a superb sniff, finishing with liquorice allsorts end note. Mouth filling palate with total concentration of ripe blackberry, liquorice and spice. Fine grained tannins, excellent balance, with very long aftertaste of spice blackcurrant and ripe plum.
