An elegant style of Shiraz. Bright crimson colour with crimson hue. Medium body. Aroma of spice, plum, stewed fruit and cedar. The palate displays an elegance not usually associated with the traditional Barossa Shiraz wines. Flavours of spice, plum and cedar emerge, supported by very fine, but slightly chalky tannins. Aftertaste of plum, spice and stewed fruit.
