A well made cool climate Shiraz. Deep crimson colour with crimson mauve hue. Medium body. Aroma of spice and stewed plum followed by a liquorice endnote. The palate displays flavours of plum and stewed fruit over a cherry liquorice background. Fine grained tannins. Aftertaste of liquorice, spice, stewed fruit and a hint of truffle.
