The reality of this wine is that it is a Chardonnay to which a miniscule amount of Merlot has been added to give the wine a Rose appearance whilst still retaining its Chardonnay flavour profile. Translucent , salmon pink colour. The nose is driven by the Chardonnay component, with notes of peach and tropical fruit. On the palate, peach and spice flavours emerge over a hint of cinnamon. Aftertaste of tropical fruit and ripe peach.
