This sparkling wine starts off well, with long creamy mousse and moderate persistence showing medium sized bead. Straw colour base wine. Aroma of biscuit and yeast lees followed by a touch of winter strawberries. Creamy palate texture with relatively high acid backbone. Lemon palate flavours which persist into the aftertaste.
