Bright straw colour. The nose is impressive, with aromas of yeast lees, grapefruit, cashews and biscuit over a background of spicy cinnamon oak. The palate displays distinct yeast lees character over a layer of spice and toasted cashews, followed by a hazelnut and grapefruit back palate. Creamy texture, followed by a long aftertaste of cashews, spice and yeast lees. Clean acid finish.
