An excellent white, with more resemblance to Sauvignon Blanc than Chenin Blanc, although some green apple characteristics do manifest themselves.
Brilliant pale straw colour. Subtle nose of unripe gooseberry, unripe green apples and tropical fruit over a herbal background. Excellent palate weight and length, with ripe gooseberry flavours appearing. Clean crisp acid finish followed by very ripe gooseberry, green apple aftertaste.
