The grapes were grown on the Ferguson Vineyard, with the wine being matured in French and American barriques. Deep crimson colour. Medium body. Aroma of stewed plum and spice with a hint of cigar box. The palate is surprisingly light for a Willow Bridge, lacking depth of flavour. Stewed fruit flavours are dominant, over a background of lingering dry tannins, with some leafy vegetal after flavours.
