A subdued Chardonnay. Bright pale gold colour. Aroma of biscuit, cashew, yeast lees, toasted oak and honeycomb. The palate flavours are subtle with yeast lees, almond and hazelnut emerging over a subtle oak background. Moderate length. Soft acid finish followed by a hazelnut lees aftertaste.
