"A top example of cool climate Shiraz"
An outstanding new vineyard wine from the Yarra Valley, showing strong cool climate character. Very deep crimson brick red colour. The nose is appealing with notes of stewed plum and spice, followed by prune and violet end notes. The palate has a delightful flavour profile with spice, plum, blackpepper, mocca and mint characteristics emerging. Very good length with fine grained tannins followed by long aftertaste of spice, plum and stewed fruit.
