Another new vineyard to emerge on the Australian wine scene, located at Dixons Creek in the Yarra Valley. Bright straw colour. The nose displays a subtle yeast lees and butterscotch top note, followed by a hint of biscuit and cashew. The palate has a creamy texture, with good weight and length. Flavours of spice, butterscotch, almond and toasted oak emerge. Soft acid finish. Aftertaste of yeast lees and butterscotch.
