An excellent barrel fermented Chardonnay that has been on yeast lees for 1 year maturing in old and new French oak. Brilliant pale gold colour with deep straw hue. Aroma of hazelnut, yeast lees and biscuit showing a good deal of complexity. The palate is mouthfilling, with creamy texture followed by a layer of anise, cashew, biscuit and yeast lees. Soft acid backbone followed by a long aftertaste of hazelnut, cashew and yeast lees. Extremely Limited Stocks.
