A sophisticated Shiraz. Very deep crimson mauve colour with deep black crimson hue. The nose is a sniffing pleasure – aroma of violets, spice, cedar and vanilla followed by a hint of liquorice allsorts. Mouthfilling, refined palate flavours of violet infusions, spice, vanilla, cedar, black pepper and spice – very elegant and refined. Perfect balance, with aftertaste of white pepper and liquorice allsorts.
