The M3 vineyard is located at Woodside in the Adelaide Hills. This is an impressive complex Chardonnay which relies on a secondary flavour profile for its character. Brilliant pale straw colour. Superb nose of biscuit, cashew and hazelnut. On the palate the nutty character persists, with hazelnut, biscuit and cashew reappearing over a subtle yeast lees background. Very good length, crisp acid finish, followed by a long citrus, hazelnut, yeast lees aftertaste.
