THE 2001 SEPPELT VICTORIA SHIRAZ IS A WONDERFUL CONTINUATION OF THE SORT OF QUALITY AND VALUE WINELOVERS DISCOVERED IN THE 2000 SEPPELT VICTORIA CABERNET. THE FORMULA IS THE SAME - DELIVER EXCELLENT VALUE FOR MONEY AND PLENTY OF FLAVOUR.
TASTING NOTES: Totally black crimson purple colour. Excellent lifted nose of violets, plum and spice with an end note of liquorice strap. On the palate flavours of white pepper over a liquorice and plum background. Excellent length, quite refined with fine tannin structure and long spicy white pepper aftertaste.
