Bright deep straw colour with pale gold hue. Aroma of biscuit and cashew, followed by subtle notes of yeast lees and butterscotch. On the palate, flavours of biscuit, yeast lees, lemon and grapefruit emerge, creating a relatively tight structure. Crisp acid finish, followed by an aftertaste of cashew and almond.
