2001 Rymill Coonawarra Cabernet Sauvignon

Opaque black crimson colour with deep crimson hue. Aroma of blackcurrant, cedar and spice followed by a hint of truffle, old leather and spice. The palate structure is relatively tight, with flavours of cedar and tobacco dominant, followed by blackcurrant, dark chocolate and leather. Fine grained dry tannins, in balance. Aftertaste of old leather, cedar, blackcurrant and spice.
