This wine consists of a blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc and Merlot and was matured exclusively in French oak. Opaque black, crimson-purple colour with strong colour cling to the glass. Superb, lifted nose with aroma of violets, blackcurrant and cedar followed by a hint of white pepper. The palate does not disappoint with mouthfilling flavours: an abundance of ripe fruit, plum, blackcurrant and spice emerge over a liquorice background layer. The tannins are firmish at this stage and linger long into the aftertaste.
