An excellent example of Yarra Valley Shiraz. Very deep purple crimson colour with purple mauve hue. Aroma of spice, violets and blackpepper followed by blackberry, vanilla end notes with a suggestion of white pepper. Excellent palate weight. Tight structure, fine dry tannins, perfectly balanced followed by a very long white pepper, blackberry and spice aftertaste.
