Brilliant pale straw colour with green hue. The nose displays aroma of melon, tropical fruit, spice and butterscotch. Creamy texture, with flavours of yeast lees, cashews, hazelnut and biscuit over a subtle oak background. Soft acid finish, followed by an aftertaste of spice, yeast lees, citrus and hazelnut.
