French oak barrels and a wild yeast ferment have been used to produce this wine. Bright brassy gold colour, showing oxidative handling. Aroma of biscuit, hazelnut and cashew over a lees end note. Moderate palate length with flavour of yeast lees, toasted almond and hazelnut apparent. Soft acid finish with biscuit hazelnut aftertaste.
