An outstanding Sally’s Paddock, made from a blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Shiraz, Cabernet Franc and Merlot. Very deep crimson brick red colour, with deep crimson brick red hue. Superb, refined nose, with notes of cedar, confectionary, blackcurrant, violets and spice emerging, followed by a white pepper end note. The palate is outstanding – superb flavours of blackcurrant and cedar over spicy plum blackcurrant background. Perfect balance. Super refined. Exceptionally long aftertaste of cedar, blackcurrant and white pepper.
