2001 Preece Shiraz

A combination of Goulburn Valley and North Eastern Victorian vineyardsprovide fruit for this wine. The diversity of vineyards produces acombination of ripe fruit flavours and cooler climate characteristics. Thevines were grown on VSP trellis systems and spur pruned to produce 4-6tonnes per acre.

The wine is deep rich red in colour with aromas of plums , morello cherries,vanilla bean and coffee syrup. The palate shows intense mulberriescomplemented by plums and spice. They are accompanied by soft yet mouthfilling tannins at the finish.
