A combination of Goulburn and King Valley vineyards provide fruit for this wine, to produce a combination of ripe fruit flavours and cooler climate characteristics. The vines were grown on Scott Henry and VSP trellis systems and spur pruned to produce 5 - 7 tonnes per acre. The soil type is mainly red sandy loam.
Deep ruby in colour, this wine has aromas of plums, vanilla and hints of leather for complexity. The sweet fruit flavours are complimented by rich silky tannins and a raspberry finish that lingers.
