This wine is still a baby and it will be some years before it comes together. Very deep crimson colour with deep crimson hue. The nose is impressive, with aroma of spice and mocca emerging, followed by truffle, earth and liquorice. The palate displays spicy white pepper flavours, with fine dry tannins which continue on to the aftertaste. Flavours of smoky oak, mocca and blackpepper emerge on to the back palate. The tannins remain too firm for the fruit and will need time to integrate.
