Bright straw colour with subtle green hue. Delicate aroma of biscuit, yeast lees and cashew. The palate flavours and structure are refined and carries none of the concentration of the great Petaluma Chardonnays. Flavours of yeast lees and biscuit are overlaid by toasted cashew background flavour followed by a hint of citrus in the back palate. Clean spicy finish followed by an aftertaste of yeast lees, biscuit and delicate butterscotch.
