An excellent example of a riper style of Semillon whilst still being quite dry. Bright straw colour. Aroma of spice and tropical fruit, followed by a hint of dry honey and paw paw – totally dissimilar to Hunter Valley examples of the variety. The palate displays good weight and again layers of tropical fruit followed by a hint of mango and dry honey. Very good length – crisp acid finish, followed by long mango spice aftertaste.
