Deep crimson colour with deep crimson hue. Aroma of cedar and blackcurrant followed by a spicy end note showing good Cabernet character. The palate is quite dry, with a hint of sour cherry emerging over blackcurrant and spice. Modest length with some stalk evident on the back palate, but held at an acceptable level. Aftertaste of blackcurrant, cedar and stewed fruit.
