An outstanding example of near mature Coonawarra Cabernet. The wine has been matured in French and American oak and has developed very well since its release in 2003.
Very deep almost opaque black crimson colour with deep brick red hue. Top notes of spice, blackcurrant, white pepper, cedar and truffle. On the palate layers of mint, spice, leather, dark chocolate and mocha create a complex palate flavour profile. Velvet tannins. Aftertaste of dark chocolate, leather and spice.

An outstanding example of Coonawarra Cabernet.
Opaque black crimson colour with black crimson hue. Superb nose of spice, blackcurrant and toasted oak, followed by a hint of mint, earth and plum. The palate is mouthfilling with flavours of blackcurrant, mint, spice and mocha over a white pepper background. Excellent length. Fine grained tannins, followed by a very long mocha blackcurrant and toasted oak aftertaste.
