Bright straw colour. The nose is impressive, filled with intense top notes of butterscotch, spice and yeast lees which are followed by background notes of ripe peach and melon. The palate is a little simpler than the nose suggests, with butterscotch and yeast lees flavours over an almond background. Crisp acid finish, with butterscotch and melon after flavours persisting.
