An austere Sparkling wine which reflects the austere character of the base wine. The wine pours with a very creamy bead, however, the bead disappears quickly. Base material is pale straw in colour with green hue. Aroma of toast, roast almond and lees. Creamy texture, with grassy background flavours, followed by hints of lemon and yeast lees. Very crisp lean acid finish.
